Notice Regarding the Integration and Renaming of Consolidated Subsidiaries

Optex Co., Ltd. hereby announces that, effective January 1, 2026, we have integrated our consolidated subsidiaries OPTEX SECURITY B.V. and OPTEX TECHNOLOGIES B.V. In addition, we will change the corporate names of our subsidiaries in the EMEA region during the first half of the same year, as outlined below.

1. Integration of Subsidiaries

OPTEX SECURITY B.V., which is engaged in security-related businesses in the Netherlands, and OPTEX TECHNOLOGIES B.V., which handles automatic door–related businesses in the same country, have been integrated. Furthermore, we will relocate our European headquarters function from the United Kingdom to the Netherlands to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen our sales activities.
