Notice Concerning the Appointment of Board Directors

Optex Co., Ltd. hereby announces that at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and Board of Directors’ Meeting held on March 16, 2021, a resolution was passed on the appointment of directors, as follows. The appointment of three new directors will bring the total number of directors of the Company to six.
