Regarding the Subsidiarization of Three Ace Co., Ltd.
As of January 1, 2025, we have acquired the shares of Three Ace Co., Ltd., which was previously a consolidated subsidiary of our parent company, Optex Group Co., Ltd., and have made it a subsidiary.
Three Ace Co., Ltd. is a software development company that became a consolidated subsidiary of Optex Group Co., Ltd. in June 2018. The company has been primarily engaged in the development of applications and digital content within the group.
We are advancing the expansion of our IoT business, and by establishing a close collaboration with Three Ace Co., Ltd., we aim to further enhance the synergy effect.
