• The detector does not detect human body properly in the area. How can I solve the problem?

If HX-40 is not installed parallel to the ground. It might not detect properly.
For example, if HX-40 is installed on the slope and is not parallel to the ground, it does not detect at intended area.
In this case please adjust HX-40 vertical angle to detect properly.
