The Company's business is comprised of four fields: the Security Products Business, which provides security sensor systems, the Entrance Control Business, which provides automatic door sensors and entrance control systems, the Industrial Sensors Business, which provides various products useful for quality control and safety control, and the Environmental Sensor Business, which contributes to environmental monitoring and water quality preservation. |

The security instruments market is expanding significantly in response to the diversification and increased incidences of crime. However, due to the constantly changing market environment, including the intensification of international competition, a flexible and timely response to the market is indispensable.
In view of the above, the Company has been actively introducing new products into the market, as well as launching new products for the general household, thereby expanding its sales routes. Moreover, in order to strengthen our competitiveness in each of the stages of development, production and sales, we have been cutting costs, curtailing production lead time, speeding up development and reducing design costs. |

During the current term, we welcomed GIKEN TRASTEM CO., LTD., which provides entrance control systems that accurately tally the traffic of people and automobiles, to the Group, and we intend to provide comprehensive solutions as an entrance control business going beyond the framework of automatic door sensors. |
